We’re a small, SLP-owned practice made up of four SLPs. One of our SLPs has been with us for 18 months, and two additional SLPs have joined our team within the past year. Our owner continues to maintain her own clinical caseload alongside the team, so you’ll be joining a practice where leadership is actively involved in day-to-day clinical work.
Because we’re a small, close-knit team, we’re able to offer something that can be hard to find in a larger practice: a position that can be tailored to you. Our SLPs have the independence to manage their own caseloads while still having a supportive team to collaborate with, bounce ideas off of, and celebrate wins with. We value connection, flexibility, and creating a workplace where SLPs feel supported and excited to come to work.
Schedule
An ideal candidate will have morning and afternoon availability at least 2 days per week. There is also room to grow a caseload to the SLP's ideal schedule. For the maternity leave coverage, you can expect ~15 hours of paid work per week, plus whatever you'd want to add to your own caseload.
Caseload Cap
Each SLP determines their own caseload
Dedicated Space
SLPs will provide therapy and evaluations at our clinic location in central Fort Worth, as well as at private schools in the area. SLPs may complete notes and other paperwork remotely / at home if they wish!
Additional Perks
Services are provided in-person; notes and documentation may be completed from home.
We can also build a therapy-only caseload, if you prefer to focus on therapy and not complete evaluations.
We will customize a role that is right for you!
