Responsibilities Job Description

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with physicians, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Conduct therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and techniques to enhance therapy outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed clinical records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide emergency support in acute situations related to speech and language complications.
• Stay updated with advancements in speech-language pathology to incorporate new techniques and technologies in practice.
