Our goal is simple: provide excellent care, support our clinical teams, and help patients regain independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Position Summary
BenCura is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our hospital-based rehabilitation team.
This position provides the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across hospital, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders while developing individualized treatment plans focused on each patient's needs, goals, and recovery.

- Provide evidence-based therapy addressing speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing.
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on treatment strategies and techniques to support carryover.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and case management, to support coordinated patient care.
- Complete accurate and timely evaluations, treatment notes, progress notes, and other required documentation in the EMR.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide patient and family education to support successful transitions of care.
- Contribute to rehabilitation program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support BenCura's commitment to providing high-quality rehabilitation services in rural and community-based healthcare settings.
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Current Georgia SLP license or eligibility for Georgia licensure.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Preferred:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, outpatient, or community-based setting.
New graduates and CFY candidates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and professional development opportunities are available to support clinicians as they grow in their careers.

- Relocation assistance or moving stipend.
- Supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Clinical mentorship and training.
- Continuing education and professional development opportunities.
