Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a flexible, part-time contract role. This position is tailored for a skilled clinician with specialized training in targeted intervention programs such as The Writing Revolution, Orton-Gillingham (OG) methodologies, myofunctional therapy, or oral motor therapy.

In this role, you will focus on empowering school-aged clients through evidence-based writing remediation, executive function coaching, and comprehensive communication support.

Role Requirements: Fully in-person delivery with local travel to client sites. Availability on Saturdays is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and deliver targeted, individualized therapy.
• Craft and execute intervention plans integrating OG principles, Writing Revolution strategies, or myofunctional/oral motor techniques to address academic language, writing challenges, and executive function needs.
• Collaborate with educators, school personnel, and clinical leaders to support students' progress across academic environments.
• Guide parents and caregivers on executive functioning strategies, language development, and home carryover techniques.
• Travel to client locations (homes/schools) and visit our NYC office locations as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current New York State SLP License.
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• 3+ years of clinical SLP experience, with an emphasis on school-aged populations.
• Post-graduate training or certifications in at least one of the following areas:
• The Writing Revolution
• Orton-Gillingham (OG)-based literacy approaches
• Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy
• Oral Motor Therapy
