Speech-Language Pathologist

The Westmoreland Intermediate Unit is seeking qualified applicants for Full-Time Speech and Language Pathologists at various sites across Westmoreland County within our Early Childhood Services Program. The Speech and Language Pathologist provides speech and language services to school students. The therapist may plan, implement, consult and advise the schools and families regarding impaired students. Specific duties may vary between employers and districts.

Minimum annual salary is $51,945 for a qualified candidate with a Bachelors degree. Salary step credit will be given for verified/approved professional experience, based on our board policy.

Education requirements: MA/MS in Speech Language Pathology, PA Certificate in Speech and Language Impaired or Educational Specialist Certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology and/or PA State License in Speech Language Pathology Preferred

Experience requirements: 0-3 years directly-related experience
