Position Overview

Infosoft Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 42-week, school-based contract opportunity in Federal Way, WA. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language services to students, support their communication development, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Washington State SLP license or applicable certification.
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school teams.
