Sandia Sunrise Therapy is growing our speech therapy program and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Albuquerque. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with children and families and values individualized, relationship-based care.

Our SLPs serve children and young adults ages 0–21 with a variety of communication and feeding needs. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with families while continuing to grow your clinical skills in a welcoming practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients
• Provide individualized treatment based on each child’s communication and functional needs
• Address areas such as articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, fluency, apraxia/motor planning, and feeding
• Develop functional goals and home recommendations
• Provide education and strategies for parents and caregivers
• Monitor progress and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with families and collaborate with OT, PT, and other professionals
• Participate in continuing education and ongoing clinical development

What You’ll Need

• Current New Mexico SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
