Speech-Language Pathologist

JMR therapy is growing! We're looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mobile pediatric therapy team, providing in-home speech and language services to children throughout [Palm beach county].

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized, family-centered treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Deliver therapy directly in the child's home and community setting
• Communicate progress and home-practice strategies with families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per state licensing and payer requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license (ASHA CCC preferred)
• Reliable transportation (mobile/in-home visits)
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred
