Location: Ocala, FL

Schedule: 2–3 days per week | 8:30 AM–2:30 PM

Language Link Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Ocala, Florida .

This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking for a consistent part-time daytime schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Schedule

• 2–3 days per week
• Approximately 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
• Consistent weekday schedule
• No evenings or weekends

What You'll Do

As part of our pediatric therapy team, you will:

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals
• Complete evaluations, progress updates, and required clinical documentation
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, ABA professionals, and other members of the child's care team
• Provide caregiver education and strategies to help families carry over therapy goals outside of treatment sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, payer, and professional requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Florida SLP license
• Pediatric experience
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental delay's
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
