Location: Auburn, WA

Compensation: $80,000–$102,000/year + bonus opportunities + 401(k) match + $1,500 sign-on bonus

What You’ll Do

• Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy, primarily with pediatric patients.
• Provide pediatric feeding therapy based on your training and clinical interests.
• Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to deliver holistic, family-centered care.
• Optional: Treat adult patients based on your interests.
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support and problem-solving.
• Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to support sensory and communication needs.

Who You Are

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
