Speech Language Pathologist

The center partners closely with families to address challenges associated with developmental disabilities and to promote functional skills across home, school, and community settings.

Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, Navi Mumbai . The role involves assessing speech, language, and communication needs, conducting standardized evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans for children with a range of communication and feeding/swallowing difficulties. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering direct therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating documentation, and collaborating with families, teachers, and other therapists to integrate goals into the child’s daily routines. The Speech Language Pathologist will also provide caregiver training, contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions, and participate in program development to enhance service quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and management of Speech and Language Disorders.
• Knowledge and experience in treating Communication Disorders, including articulation, fluency, and pragmatic challenges.
• Ability to assess and manage Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing difficulties in pediatric populations.
• Bachelors or Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current professional registration or eligibility to register with relevant speech-language pathology or rehabilitation councils, as applicable.
• Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral needs, preferably in clinical or school-based settings.
• Strong observational, documentation, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and objective data collection.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai (On-site, Full-Time)

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 - Rs.65,000 per month based on qualification and experience
