Speech-Language Pathologist

We're Hiring: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

Wayfinders Therapy Center, LLC is growing — and we're looking for a passionate, neurodiversity-affirming Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time!

We are a collaborative, client-centered private practice located in Galloway, NJ, that values connection, autonomy, and authenticity — for both our clients and our team. We specialize in supporting autistic and other neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on gestalt language processing, AAC, and affirming communication approaches!

Position Details:

• Status: Full-Time (employee or contractor, depending on preference)
• Schedule: Flexible hours; some afternoon/evening availability preferred
• Population: Primarily pediatric and school-aged clients
• Location: On-site at our sensory-friendly clinic in Galloway, NJ

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 and small group speech-language therapy
• Collaborate with families to develop functional, individualized goals
• Document progress and participate in team meetings
• Contribute to a supportive and playful clinic culture

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• NJ SLP License (or eligible)
