Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement therapy plans for individuals with diverse needs, including early intervention and school-aged children
• Deliver engaging in-person therapy sessions
• Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals at home and in daily routines
• Stay current with best practices

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Arkansas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA certification
• Professionalism
• Independent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families effectively
