Role: Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy
• Assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with neurological and medically complex conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families about treatment and care
• Document outcomes and support safe discharges
• Contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong clinical knowledge in speech-language pathology
• Experience working with neurological and complex medical conditions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop personalized treatment strategies
