Role: Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for inpatient and outpatient populations
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education to patients and their families about treatment and recovery processes
• Document patient progress to support long-term recovery goals
