Job Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover of skills
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Connecticut SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or CF applicants considered)
• Experience with pediatrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation for home visits
