Speech Language Pathologist, (FT/PT or PRN)

Seeking flexible Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for pediatric home health in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers the opportunity to build personalized schedules without restrictions on caseload or hours, allowing for work-life balance and tailored caseload management based on clinical interests or family needs.

• Provide in-home pediatric evaluations and therapy based on individual patient goals
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications include active Texas licensure, with ASHA CCCs preferred for SLPs. Pediatric experience and reliable transportation are desired. Bilingual skills are a plus. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families.
