Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Join as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, focused on delivering patient-centered care to help individuals improve communication and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities Include

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Providing direct therapy, adjusting interventions as needed
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers for skill retention
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
• Documenting evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge summaries

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state license or eligibility
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs with strong mentorship welcome
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Patient-first mindset and dedication to meaningful change
