Speech-Language Pathologist – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with feeding/swallowing disorder expertise to join our team.

Our practice offers built-in paperwork time, 40-minute sessions, and weekly staff meetings for collaboration with OT and PT. We provide base pay, monthly bonuses, full benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include ethical patient care, family guidance, effective communication with caregivers and team, and adapting environments to meet individual needs. Experience in private practice and feeding/swallowing is preferred.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Montana license or eligibility, and excellent communication skills.
