Speech-Language Pathologist (Full Time)

Our team is growing and we are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team, committed to improving communication and speech development for children. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, with an emphasis on pediatrics and early intervention strategies
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to improve communication skills
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, medical professionals, and families to support patient progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and their families on speech therapy exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement at home
• Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices, physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and medical terminology
