: 15-20 Hours/Week : Do you love working with little ones and helping them find their voice? At Coyne, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to communicate, connect, and thrive. We're on the lookout for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our award-winning team and bring their expertise to our Early Intervention program!

What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluations that Empower - Conduct speech and language evaluations for Early Start clients alongside our expert clinicians (think Occupational Therapists, BCBAs, and more!). Your assessments will guide individualized intervention plans that make a lasting impact
• Guiding Families & Teams - Provide consultation services tailored to each child's needs. Work with Program Supervisors to recommend strategies, communication supports, and meaningful goals
• Hands-On Therapy - Deliver one-on-one speech and language therapy when needed, targeting vocabulary, sentence structure, articulation, social communication, and feeding/swallowing (when appropriate). Celebrate every milestone with your clients and their families
• Keeping Things Organized - Accurately track hours, document progress, and submit reports on time. (Because our heroes are detail-oriented too!)

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Licensed Expert - You hold a current California SLP license and keep it up to date
• Child Development Champion - At least one year of experience working with young children with developmental delays
• Clear Background & Driving Record - Because safety is our top priority
• Up-to-Date Training - Current TB clearance, BLS certification, and any other required health and safety credentials (or willing to get them)
