Speech-Language Pathologist- Pediatrics

Brighter Days Early Intervention Agency is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to join our team in the Philadelphia area. We pride ourselves on an open communication style, a supportive administrative team, and a commitment to reducing the paperwork burden for our providers.

Competitive Compensation:

• Independent Contractor Rate: $105 – $110 per hour
• Bilingual Rate: $115 – $120 per hour

Role Requirements & Settings:

• Settings: Provide services in homes, daycares, and community settings. While some families utilize teletherapy or hybrid models. Must be able to provide in-person services.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist Therapist License.
• Experience: Prior Early Intervention experience is a plus, but we welcome new graduates and offer mentorship.
