Speech-Language Pathologist, PRN

RemoteRehab Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN/Part Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Windsor at Celebration located at 1370 Celebration Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747.

This position is primarily in person within an Independent and Assisted Living community, providing one on one therapy services to the geriatric population in a supportive and patient focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing deficits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and daily documentation in WebPT
• Collaborate with the therapy and nursing teams to provide coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Passion for working with the geriatric population
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and team oriented personality
• Experience in geriatrics, outpatient, ALF, or ILF settings preferred but not required
