What they need

Position Overview

Driven Behavioral Support is an established Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice for individuals with special needs. We take pride in supporting families in our community with unwavering dedication. To expand the expertise that we are able to offer to our clients, we are now seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team! This SLP should have experience with children and individuals with special needs, and is also passionate about collaboration across disciplines to improve the quality of support that can be provided to the client!

This is a unique opportunity for an SLP who enjoys clinical independence, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow a high-quality speech therapy program within an established organization that prides itself in going above and beyond to support the families that we work with.

Unlike a traditional speech therapy clinic, our practice specializes in ABA services and as such, the SLP will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), caregivers, and other team members to provide coordinated, interdisciplinary care.
