Service Areas

We are currently seeking clinicians to serve clients across the greater Chicagoland area, with a primary focus on:

• Northwest suburbs, including Barrington and surrounding communities
• Western suburbs, including Maywood, Elmhurst, Carol Stream, Lisle, and Burr Ridge
• Fox Valley area, including Elgin
• West Side of Chicago, including neighborhoods such as Humboldt Park and Logan Square
• South and southwest suburbs, including Alsip, Oak Lawn, Orland Park, and Tinley Park
• North Chicago, including Lincolnwood, Lincoln Park, Skokie, Lake Shore Drive and surrounding areas

What You’ll Do

As part of our dynamic therapy team, you’ll deliver personalized, life-changing speech and language services to clients. You’ll:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication goals
• Collaborate closely with clients and families to set achievable, impactful objectives
• Track progress and adapt therapy strategies to ensure meaningful outcomes
• Educate families and caregivers on practical tools to support communication in everyday life
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, and other specialists to deliver whole-person care
• Maintain accurate, efficient documentation using our user-friendly TherapyBOSS EMR system

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Illinois SLP license
• Completed Clinical Fellow year or SLP with 1–2 years of experience (home health experience is a plus!)
• Strong clinical skills with a passion for individualized, evidence-based therapy
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with EMR systems — TherapyBOSS experience is a bonus
