Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Paulding Care Center is seeking a dedicated, Full-Time Speech Language Pathologistto join our dynamic team of therapists in our post-acute rehab setting in Dallas, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve speech and language skills
• Monitor and document progress of patients throughout the course of therapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist preferred
• Knowledge of various speech disorders and treatment methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
