Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide remote, part-time assessment and treatment services to clients experiencing speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges via secure online sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based speech therapy interventions tailored to each client’s goals. The SLP will monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, document sessions accurately, and collaborate with other mental health and wellness providers to support holistic care. Additional activities may involve educating clients and families on home practice strategies, participating in case consultations, and contributing to resource development that enhances TherapyMantra’s online care offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Speech Therapy and Speech-related clinical interventions.
• Experience working with Communication Disorders, including articulation, fluency, and voice concerns.
• Competence in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders across age groups.
• Clinical experience managing Dysphagia and related swallowing disorders.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid SLP license or certification in relevant jurisdiction(s); international licensure/credentials are a plus.
• Experience delivering telepractice or remote therapy services and comfort using digital platforms securely.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with a client-centered and culturally sensitive approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Previous experience in mental health or multidisciplinary care settings is beneficial.
