Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This role centers on supporting residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing function to enhance daily living and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment programs
• Deliver therapy addressing communication, cognitive skills, and dysphagia
• Track resident progress and modify interventions as needed
• Provide education to residents and caregivers
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus
