Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team while supporting residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

Responsibilities Include

• Conduct speech and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment approaches
• Provide therapy services focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with nursing staff, rehab professionals, and families regarding resident care

Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP license or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred, but not required
