Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist at Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill, with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) opportunities available. Provide rehabilitation that helps skilled nursing residents express their needs, stay engaged in daily activities, and manage swallowing difficulties.

What You'll Do

• Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities to determine each resident's needs.
• Create individualized plans of care with functional, measurable treatment goals.
• Deliver therapy addressing communication, memory, attention, and problem-solving during everyday tasks.
• Provide dysphagia treatment and coordinate swallowing recommendations with nursing and dietary colleagues.
• Involve residents, families, and caregivers in learning strategies that support progress between sessions.
• Maintain clinical documentation, monitor outcomes, and contribute to care transitions and discharge planning.
• Clinical Fellows will develop their skills with required supervision, feedback, and guidance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active New Jersey SLP license, or eligibility for the appropriate state authorization to practice as a Clinical Fellow.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is helpful; new graduates seeking a CFY are welcome to apply.
