Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | CFY Opportunities Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill | Cherry Hill, NJ SLP: $43–$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist at Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill , with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) opportunities available . Provide rehabilitation that helps skilled nursing residents express their needs, stay engaged in daily activities, and manage swallowing difficulties.

What You'll Do

• Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities to determine each resident's needs.
• Create individualized plans of care with functional, measurable treatment goals.
• Deliver therapy addressing communication, memory, attention, and problem-solving during everyday tasks.
• Provide dysphagia treatment and coordinate swallowing recommendations with nursing and dietary colleagues.
• Involve residents, families, and caregivers in learning strategies that support progress between sessions.
• Maintain clinical documentation, monitor outcomes, and contribute to care transitions and discharge planning.
• Clinical Fellows will develop their skills with required supervision, feedback, and guidance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active New Jersey SLP license, or eligibility for the appropriate state authorization to practice as a Clinical Fellow.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is helpful; new graduates seeking a CFY are welcome to apply.
