Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

At Vice Versa Speech and Language Services, every session moves a child closer to being understood. As our Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you'll help more families start therapy sooner and see real progress at home and school. You'll do it with close mentorship from experienced clinicians.

What you'll do

• Deliver individual and small-group speech and language sessions following each client's plan of care
• Target articulation, language, social communication, and AAC goals using play-based, evidence-based activities and positive behavior supports
• Collect session data and complete treatment notes within 24 hours
• Share client progress and concerns with your supervising SLP
• Coach parents on simple home practice activities
• Prepare materials and keep treatment rooms ready for each session

What you'll bring

• Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license (or license in process)
• Bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders or a related field
• A behavioral background: experience as an RBT, behavior technician, or in an ABA setting
• Warmth with children and families, plus strong organization
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

Vice Versa is a private practice in Irving offering speech, language, and feeding therapy, evaluations, Orton-Gillingham reading instruction, and our EmpowerEd and Empower U programs. Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
