Responsibilities

• Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support students’ communication goals
• Assist students with articulation, language development, social communication, and other identified speech and language needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the supervising SLP to support student success
• Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging therapy environment

Qualifications

• Appropriate education and training to meet Texas SLPA requirements
• Active Texas SLPA license or required state credentials
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting students’ academic, social, and communication development
