Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Flexible Schedule

Victory Therapy Solutions is looking to partner with a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. Working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), the SLPA will help provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, caring, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping children strengthen their communication skills and reach their goals.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling. This is an independent contractor position.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing in-person speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in the community including schools, daycares, and homes in the Cutler Bay and/or Homestead area.
• Collaborating regularly with supervising SLPs regarding treatment, plans of care, and client progress
• Completing accurate and timely SOAP notes and treatment documentation
• Communicating and collaborating with parents and caregivers regarding their child's therapy and progress
• Maintaining a professional, supportive, and child-centered approach to care

Requirements:
A current Florida Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license is required.
