Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) – Conroe Area

Overview

Bilingual Speech Services is a therapist-owned company that partners with Texas school districts to provide high-quality speech-language services. We specialize in school-based services, bilingual evaluations, and culturally and linguistically appropriate support for students.

We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) to support students in the Conroe area for the 2026–2027 school year.

This position is ideal for an SLP who is dependable, collaborative, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Document therapy sessions, student progress, and service logs
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and activities
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff
• Participate in team meetings as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Support students in individual and small-group therapy settings

Requirements

• Active Texas SLP license
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with school teams
• Reliable, professional, and student-focused
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Pay

W-2: $60-70/hour with benefits

Actual pay may depend on experience and position structure.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
