Speech Pathologist | Find Your Voice in an Employee-Controlled Team

Location: Elizabeth

Are you looking for a career that offers more than just a caseload?

In a sector shaped by rapid change and growing corporate providers, Kudos Services stands apart. We are Australia’s first employee-controlled mutual. We aren’t driven by external investors - we’re shaped and led by our people, including clinicians just like you.

At Kudos, you’re not just a Speech Pathologist managing a caseload. You’re part of a collective where your clinical expertise is valued, your voice is heard and your wellbeing is a priority.

Why Speech Pathologists love Kudos

Collaborative Practice
Say goodbye to working in a silo. You’ll work alongside Early Intervention Practitioners and Coordinators with backgrounds across allied health, early education and family support, sharing knowledge and working together to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.

Focus on Early Intervention
As a specialist provider of NDIS Early Childhood supports, we focus on the critical early years of development. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful, lifelong impact through evidence-based, play-based therapy that supports children and families to thrive.

Mentorship That Moves You Forward
Access structured 1:1 supervision and clinical coaching from experienced Speech Pathologists who are invested in your development and specialist interests.

The “Mutual” Advantage
Because we are employee-controlled, we reinvest in our people - supporting professional development, clinical practice, better resources and the delivery of high-quality services to the children and families we work with.

What the Role Looks Like

  • Supporting children with developmental concerns through a key worker approach.
  • Working in partnership with families to build their capacity, confidence and skills.
  • Celebrating progress and supporting children and families to achieve meaningful goals.
  • Working alongside community settings to promote meaningful participation, inclusion and engagement in age-appropriate activities and experiences.
  • Providing capacity-building support to preschools as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous learning and sharing your Speech Pathology expertise with the wider Early Childhood Team.
  • Enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with time split between our hubs, community settings and home-based administration.

What You Bring

  • Qualifications: A recognised degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting children and families, with a collaborative and team-first approach.
  • Community Focus: Confidence working in community-based settings and a desire to deliver therapy where it matters most.
  • Driver’s Licence: A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
