What they need

Speech Pathologist – Perth, WA

Do meaningful clinical work, with the support to do it well.

At All Round Therapy Services (ARTS), we believe quality therapy starts with clinicians who have the support, professional trust and clinical guidance to do their best work.

Whether you are an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for your next opportunity or a new graduate beginning your career, you will be supported by our Lead Speech Pathologist and broader clinical team while working with clients to achieve outcomes that matter in their everyday lives.

This position is available full-time or part-time, with flexible working arrangements available.

The role

Provide evidence-based, person-centred Speech Pathology services to a varied caseload. Services may be delivered in our clinics, in the community or via telehealth, depending on client needs and preferences. We aim to allocate community-based caseloads within practical geographic areas to support reasonable travel between appointments.

Depending on your experience, interests and client needs, your work may include:

  • Conducting comprehensive Speech Pathology assessments
  • Developing individualised therapy plans in collaboration with clients, families and other members of their support network
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions aligned with each client's goals
  • Supporting communication, language, speech and swallowing needs within your scope of practice
  • Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants and other professionals
  • Preparing clear, accurate and clinically meaningful reports and documentation
  • Contributing to case discussions, professional development and continuous quality improvement

About you

We are looking for clinicians who care about both what they do and how well they do it.

You will bring:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership, or eligibility for membership
  • A commitment to evidence-based, person-centred and ethical practice
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sound clinical reasoning and a willingness to seek support when needed
  • Good organisation, time management and documentation practices
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to provide services within the community
  • A Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them

New graduates are welcome to apply. We value capability and experience, but we also value curiosity, good judgement and clinicians who want to keep developing their practice.

Why ARTS?

We believe good outcomes for clients start with clinicians who are supported to do their best work.

ARTS is a registered NDIS provider with an established multidisciplinary team and a strong focus on clinical quality, supervision, professional development and person-centred service.

Depending on your employment arrangement, we offer:

  • Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid on completion of probation
  • Five weeks annual leave for full-time employees, pro-rata for part-time employees
  • Birthday leave
  • Protected professional development leave
  • Professional development opportunities and support
  • Regular clinical supervision
  • Support from our Lead Speech Pathologist and broader clinical leadership team
  • Flexible working arrangements, including opportunities to work from home where appropriate
  • An established multidisciplinary team across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Therapy Assistance
  • Annual performance bonus program

Our values are Acceptance, Responsiveness, Optimism, Transparency and Service. They guide the standard of care we provide and how we work with each other.
