Speech Pathologist – Early Career (New Graduate) or Experienced Clinician to start January 2027!

  = Total annual package valued at Early Career $91,885 - Experienced Therapist $131,722 Based on a full-time, 38-hour week. Package value includes wages, superannuation and the professional development budget.

• Clinic based caseload including both face to face and telehealth services - no getting stuck in traffic!
• Dedicated 1:1 Supervision - weekly/fortnightly
• Genuine Work/Life Balance – We support a 38 hour week and work with you to leave work at work everyday! We even finish early on Fridays to help you start your weekend right!
• When you join our team we have a large support network – Expert Supervision, Peer to Peer Support, MDT meetings and discussions, Operational Management mentors, Administration Support and a flexible EAP
