Blossom and Bloom is a growing speech pathology practice supporting children, adolescents, young adults and their families.

We’re looking for a qualified Speech Pathologist to join us as a contractor for a minimum of two days per week, with the opportunity to grow your caseload over time.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys professional independence but doesn’t want to feel professionally isolated.

We’re not building a KPI factory where people are treated like billing machines.

We are building a practice where excellent clinicians can do meaningful work, perform at their best and be supported to build a sustainable caseload.

About the role:

You will provide assessment and intervention to a mixed caseload of NDIS and private clients, primarily working with children through to young adults.

Depending on your experience and interests, your caseload may include:

• Speech sound disorders

• Fluency skills

• Receptive and expressive language

• Early language development

• Literacy

• Social communication

• Augmentative and Alternative Communication

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology

• Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based practice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A family-centred approach grounded in care, respect and collaboration

• The relevant registrations, checks and insurances required to practise as an independent contractor
