Measurement and reporting:

This role provides an opportunity to work closely with clients and their families, carers and other professionals

• Initial Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) goal setting meeting.
• Peer review & feedback.

Requirements

To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:

• Qualified Speech Pathologist, with Speech Pathology Australia membership
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Passion for paediatric practice and neuroaffirming care
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and collaborative practice
• Committed to strengths-based, neuroaffirming care
• Experience with NDIS participants
• Confidence working across clinic, school and home environments. We are a clinic-based service, but value working alongside children's natural environments as required (e.g. observation sessions, care team meetings, etc...)
• Special interest in early communication, AAC, literacy, and/or feeding
