Speech Pathologist – Talknest

Speech Pathologist | Full-time, Part-time or Contractor

Melbourne's Western Suburbs

Happy clinicians provide the best therapy.

That simple belief is what Talknest was built on.

We're a growing allied health practice providing speech and occupational therapy across Melbourne's Western Suburbs, and we're looking for another Speech Pathologist to join our team.

Whether you're a new graduate finding your feet, an experienced clinician wanting a better work-life balance, or someone returning to practice, we'd love to hear from you.

At Talknest you'll find:

• Competitive salary package ($111,000–$123,000 package including super), depending on experience
• Company fuel card for employees
• Competitive contractor rates (from $100/hour, plus paid travel)
• Flexible full-time, part-time and contractor opportunities
• Genuine mentoring, supervision and clinical support
• The opportunity to work across schools, homes, kinders and community settings
• A caseload built around your interests, strengths and career goals instead of filling rosters
• Dedicated administration support so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork
• Flexibility and autonomy to create a schedule that works for you
• A warm, supportive team that genuinely values clinician wellbeing

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children and families
• Is passionate about making a genuine difference
• Values connection, collaboration and lifelong learning
• Wants to be part of a positive, supportive team

Experience is welcome, but it isn't everything.

We're far more interested in finding someone who is kind, motivated, eager to learn and excited to grow alongside us.
