Position: Speech Therapist

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP/M.Sc. Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent).
• Valid registration/licensure as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive swallowing (dysphagia) assessments and provide appropriate management and rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, home programs, and safe swallowing techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Expertise in both Speech and Swallowing (Dysphagia) Management is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
