Speech Therapist

• Conducting assessments to detect speech disorders (such as stuttering or articulation issues), language delays, cognitive-communication disorders, and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia).
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Conducting regular therapy sessions to help patients improve word articulation, strengthen throat and mouth muscles, and practice using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools.
• Providing guidance to families or caregivers on supporting home-based exercises, and collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other therapists.
• Documenting patient progress, updating medical records, and periodically evaluating the effectiveness of therapy methods.

Requirements :

• Hold a Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s (S1), or Master’s (S2) degree in a health-related field, specializing in Speech Therapy.

• Minimum 2 years experience in Speech Therapist

• Possess a valid official practice license or professional registration.

• Demonstrate high empathy, patience, and strong communication skills with both children and adults, as well as meticulousness in data recording.
