Speech Therapist

OT Park is a growing pediatric therapy clinic in Morgan Hill, California. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with children and families.

Our clinic provides a collaborative, play-based environment where therapists have access to a large sensory gym, therapy materials, technology, and support from an interdisciplinary pediatric team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs
• Develop individualized, functional treatment plans and goals
• Provide engaging, child-centered and evidence-based therapy
• Complete evaluations, progress reports, treatment notes, and other required documentation
• Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and other members of the clinical team
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation
• Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical collaboration
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible California SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with autism, developmental delays, language disorders, articulation, social communication, and/or AAC is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• New graduates/Clinical Fellows may be considered based on experience and fit

Pay: $58.00 - $72.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
