Speech Therapist 言語治療師(兼職)

Responsibilities:

• Perform standardized and clinical assessments on clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Design and execute individualized therapy programs based on assessment results.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports and clinical progress notes.
• Communicate closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and training advice.
• Maintain strong interdisciplinary collaboration and participate in case conferences.

Requirements:

• Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Registration with the Hong Kong Institute of Speech Therapists (HKIST) is preferred.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
• Good interpersonal skills, patient, responsible, and able to work independently.

工作內容:

• 為客戶進行標準化及臨床言語、語言、溝通及吞嚥能力評估
• 根據評估結果，設計並推行個人化治療方案
• 撰寫詳細的評估報告及治療進度記錄
• 與家長及醫療團隊保持緊密溝通，提供訓練建議與指導
• 建立良好的跨專業合作關係，參與個案討論

職位要求:

• 持有認可的言語及聽覺科學學士學位或同等學歷
• 香港言語治療公會 (HKIST)註冊會員優先
• 具備1年或以上臨床經驗者優先
• 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
• 良好廣東話及英語溝通能力
• 良好的溝通技巧、耐性、責任感，且能獨立工作

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 11am – 8pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 7pm

Work Location: Yau Ma Tei / Tseung Kwan O
