Speech Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy goals based on each child's developmental profile.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions.
• Work with children presenting with:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• ADHD
• Speech delay
• Language delay
• Childhood Apraxia of Speech
• Stammering/Stuttering
• Articulation and phonological disorders
• Social communication difficulties
• Oral-motor and feeding concerns
• Maintain detailed therapy notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Counsel and educate parents regarding home programs and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Psychologists, Special Educators, and Pediatricians.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Monitor progress and modify intervention plans based on outcomes.
• Maintain professional documentation and ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in workshops, parent training programs, school consultations, and awareness initiatives.
• Stay updated with current research and best clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
• Valid registration with the appropriate professional council (where applicable).
• Freshers with strong clinical training may apply.
• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
