Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to young children in their homes, daycares, and other appropriate natural environments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's communication needs and developmental goals.
• Support speech, language, and functional communication development through appropriate therapeutic activities and strategies.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to encourage communication development during everyday routines.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete required service records in accordance with applicable program requirements.
• Communicate professionally with families and other professionals involved in supporting each child's development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current, valid Mississippi Speech-Language Pathology license issued through the Mississippi State Department of Health.
• Interest in working with infants, toddlers, and young children.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with families and collaborate with other professionals.
• Commitment to providing quality, individualized, family-centered services.

Pediatric or early intervention experience is beneficial. Newly licensed clinicians who meet the licensing requirements are encouraged to apply.
