Speech Therapist PRN

We are seeking a PRN Home Health Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and evaluating patient needs related to speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in coordination with the healthcare team
• Providing interventions to improve communication and functional abilities
• Monitoring, documenting, and reporting patient progress and responses to treatment
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies
• Delivering services in various home settings, ensuring respectful and effective care regardless of patient background

Qualifications include:

• State licensure in Speech Therapy
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation

Preferred qualifications:

• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Availability to work a weekend rotation
