Join Seven Hills Foundation as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three and their families. Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide family-centered services in home and community settings to support communication, feeding, swallowing, and overall development.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy based on each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Evaluate and address communication, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Provide services in family-focused home and community settings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Educate and coach parents, caregivers, and team members on speech, language, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with professionals in areas such as social work, cognition, and motor development to support the whole child.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with licensure, billing, agency, and Early Intervention requirements.
• Participate in toddler groups and other program activities as assigned.
• Provide consultation, orientation, or support to other speech/language team members as needed.
• Maintain professional knowledge and licensure through continuing education and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity and rights of children and families.
