Speed Interview - Learning Partner Supervisor [Fashion] - Supervisor

• Develop and improve learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with business leaders and store management to identify competency gaps.
• Design and deliver learning programs (classroom, virtual, workshops, coaching, and blended learning).
• Develop and maintain training modules, facilitator guides, SOPs, and digital learning materials.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness using learning metrics and feedback.
• Provide coaching and post-training support to store managers and employees.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development supporting store operations in the retail industry (fashion, footwear, or lifestyle).
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning curriculum development, and end-to-end learning program management.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
• Ability to design training programs aligned with business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital learning authoring tools is a plus.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
